  • Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed, and keep the volume to a reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.
  • Self check-in/check-out is available.

Property Access

  • The vacation rental is on the second and third floors and includes access to the garage but does not include the private basement apartment.
  • This home shares a laundry room in the garage.
  • There is a private basement apartment with a separate private entrance on the ground floor that is occasionally used by the owner. The basement apartment can be connected to the main floor of the house via the basement stairs, but the basement apartment remains locked to ensure privacy and security for all occupants.
  • There is also a door to the basement located on the 2nd floor that can be locked by guests to further separate the private basement apartment from the rental portion of the house (i.e., the 2nd and 3rd floor rental).
  • The garage is adjacent to the private basement apartment and contains a shared laundry area; thus, the garage is a community space. The garage is accessible to guests via stairs from the 2nd floor, and the 2nd and 3rd floors can be locked, enabling secure separation of the rental unit from both the shared garage and private basement.
